Girard AI provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that enables users to create, manage, and execute automated workflows using various AI models. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, mine, or collect data without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
  • Create deepfakes or misleading AI-generated media without disclosure

5. AI Usage and Output

The Service utilizes third-party AI models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content
  • AI outputs should not be used for critical decisions without human oversight
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs
  • You must comply with the acceptable use policies of underlying AI providers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Girard AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the outputs generated through your use of the Service, provided you comply with these Terms and the policies of underlying AI providers.

7. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Usage-based charges are billed in arrears based on actual consumption

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with rate limits and usage quotas
  • Keep API keys confidential and secure
  • Not circumvent access controls or authentication
  • Include proper attribution where required
  • Not use the API in ways that could harm the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIRARDAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girard AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
